ONE OF OUR BEST EXPERIENCE - KASHMIR with our family We arranged our travel programme through them for us a couple with 2 kids and my mother-in-law in total of 4 adults with 1 child no bed, for our entire trip of kashmir,starting with pickup at airport by ARIA a cosy car , a perfect blend with 2 nights in Gulmarg (Hotel Hill Top)2 mins walk to gondola, where we got 2 rooms with excellent heating facility & lavish buffet b`fast & dinner included in package, next at Pahalgam (Hotel Mount View) interconnected rms on 2nd flr with a stupendous view of snow clad mountains & 3 nights in srinagar. Though some problem with shahenshah hotel(our recommendation) to stay at boulevard dal lake srinagar to which he upgraded/shifted us immediately to Rk Sarovar portico at a very nominal charge but worth it considering the central heating in this harsh winters.Very gud service by Mr Javeed (Dir). He selected the best hotels for our fly of 5(including senior citizen) for gulmarg / pahalgam which was heavily snowing giving us a lifetime experience of Kashmir A very polite helpful person always available 24x7 will definately send more business to him and will surely make all our pacakages through him for future. many many thanks to him.

Hello everyone from me & my wife. We are from Delhi & we visited kashmir two of us & we were senior citizens. During our tour we enjoyed very much & was our dream to see kashmir& around. To whom it may concern I Mr jayant ganga khedkar from Mumbai and decided to travel north india accordingly I searched many travel company online and had lot of conversations but it was quite difficult to trust anyone as it was my first trip along with my family, than one of my old friend had travel to north india long back ago and he suggested me a travel company namely Ratta Holiday and Mr Mohammad javeed Ratta owner of the company so I called him and first of all I feel comfortable talking with him and my plan was to travel Amritsar, Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam during 10th May to 19th May 2014, so he requested to send a mail for the same and I got reply from his team in 1 hour and with suitable itinerary and hotels as per my choice, after receiving the mail I called him and discussed about the hotel and he reply were hotel are normal and he suggested hotel of his choice and assured me if the hotels & transport were not good and I will provide this as a gift to you, than I booked the trip for above places and once I reached Amritsar as I were welcomed as prince after that all trip was fantastic and no complaints were found in this trip. I fully recommend this company Ratta Holiday, Mr Mohammad javeed Ratta were keep calling & his team during our trip that we are ok and end of the trip we met him & he were very young guy, from first to end I thought I’m taking to an old experienced person after meeting him I was surprised. As i heard Srinagar is very beautiful place as well as people there are very nice.Our whole trip was perfectly planned by Ratta Holiday from Delhi to Srinagar and Srinagar to Delhi.They keep our time to time updates whether we are facing any problem or not in the whole trip.A big thanks to the team Ratta holidays for organising such a wonderful trip.Bad thing was the tranporters there.They were not cooperating with the pessengers.Else the whole trip was awsome.

It was a dream come true holiday - perfectly organized by Ratta Holiday right from arrival to departure. All the team members are still enjoying the sweet and exciting memories of our tour from 07th April to 14th April,2014 of Kashmir valley. The tour was so nicely programmed and the vehicle as well as the hotels provided were found to be classically suited to all the 12 members of our team and same was quite reasonably economic. The driver Md.Fayaz was so sincere, friendly,informative and helping that he deserves heartfelt thanks of every member of the team and it was because of Mr.Javeed Ratta only. The Tulips on 13/4 at Srinagar was beyond description. We will cherish it whole life. Gulmarg on 9//4 to 11/4 was superb and superb and superb.So was Sonmarg on 8/4 and Pahalgam on 11/4 and 12/4. Our stay in House boat at Dal Lake on 7/4 & 8/4 was good but it was uniqe at nigeen Lake on 12/4 and 13/4. We performed a tour to J & K under Mr.Javeed's arrangement ( it was two years back. However, this time you have given us Special arrangemnets we feel to stay hole life in kashmir, we remember He was truly available 24x7 for any sort of requirement. Travelling to Kashmir was my dream and always talking with family and spoken to some of my friends and they said that last year we visited Kashmir after some days we decide to visit Kashmir & we booked our flight tickets and I inform my friend that i m going to Kashmir and they said about my booking I replied them I only booked flight so far and asked where will you stay and I asked I will reach their and find myself but they said its high season & we know some person their I said I will book online after I start searching unfortunately all hotels were sold out and i contact my friends & they gave me details of Kashmiri person namely Mohammad Javeed Ratta after speaking to him, he finally got my hotel bookings confirmed & transport on dated 01 october 2015 to 03rd october 2015. Once I reached at Srinagar airport I met his representative of his company Ratta Holiday and the car was ready to move. We had wonderful holidays and Ratta Holiday teams were every time in touch to recheck that everything is in order. We have travel to Kashmir during winter 15 to 20 dec 2015 & my dream was to see snow & the places we visited Srinagar 1 night, Gulmarg 02 we stayed at hotel grand mumtaz in Srinagar & Gulmarg & again last 02 nights we stayed at hotel vivanta by taj srinagar , we were unknown to this place and how travel around, we searched online hotels but rates were very high unfortunately we have found few travel agents among them, Ratta Holiday, whose rates were reasonable and we booked, but it was always in mind should we trust or not finally, I called the team Ratta Holiday after speaking to team they recommend me to speak with their MD ( Mohammad Javeed Ratta )after talking to him he assures me of best service & not to worry about your booking & he also suggested payment would be done end of the tour, so I feel that was nice way and I also checked with the hotels & the booking were made already in my name. reaching at srinagar airport we came at arrival lounge & we saw our name ply & was transferred to the car and i got a call from Mohammad javeed & i was fully satisfied & reached at hotel check in & I called him to meet & collect the money for our tour but he ignored till end of the tour, that made feel comfortable & honesty of his words mention on the phone. My dream came true when I arrived at srinagar airport & fresh air touches my heart & I felt i m in heavan. Right from airport to Gulmarg & Gulmarg to Pahalgam, we enjoyed the places during 20 march 2016 to 26 march 2016 & reaching at srinagar checked in house boat it was unbelievable the house boat were luxury & we were welcomed like prince and after later we left for Shikara ride in dallake, sitting in shikara & a man rowing the shikara, it was something new experience in our life. We started our tour from 9th May to 19th May 2016, from Jammu airport & stayed at katra for 02 nights for mata Darshan, than landed at srinagar airport we were welcomed by representative of Ratta Holiday & started kashmir tour, first place we stayed at Gulmarg for 02 nights at hotel vintage excellent hotel, 2nd place we stayed at Pahalgam at hotel mount view Pahalgam is the most beautiful place we liked than 3rd place srinagar at luxury house boat prince of vale in dallake excellent service, food & rooms & the most enjoying thing were shikara ride, must go for shikara ride in dallake. 4th place srinagar hotel vivanta by taj for 01 night as we wanted to relax end of the day of our tour. Our traveling date was 15th to 28th May 2016 for kashmir& leh Ladakh. We stayed at Pahalgam in hotel Pahalgam for 02 nights thank we stayed at Gulmarg for 01 night in hotel Khyber & srinagar at hotel vivanta by taj 02 nights. Now we started our journey to leh via 01 night in Kargil at hotel highland resort & spa, reaching at leh was our dream to see desert mountains & we visit around the leh ladakh & 02 nights in nubra valley at camp desert himalaya & in leh we wanted to stay at hotel grand dragon but it was sold out, than stayed at hotel ladakh residency. The above complete package was arranged by Ratta Holiday Team & Javeed Bhai I thank you all & we actually want to stay in nubra 01 night but the owner of hotel ladakh residency suggested to stay 02 nights in nubra valley but javeed bhai already sent an itinerary & was only 01 night suggested we changed it on urgent basis & he agree but he kept saying 01 night is enough, after staying 02 night at nubra we got illness, so I recommend javeed bhai’s suggestion were right.

We booked Montana House boat through Ratta Holidays Tour's and Travel in march 2017. They spared the best house boat for us we took all the three rooms of the house boat. All the arrangements on boat were excellent including bed. Bed linen attached bathroom bath tub western comode.The hospitality was great. Mr Farookh bhai who is all in all on the boat taken care of us excellently. Dinner and breakfast served excellent and delicious. Tanveer bhai also taken care of us. At the last but not the least I will never forget the Man Mr. Javed A. Ratta ji who is running Ratta Holiday Tour and travel. He is nice man and He was the person who booked our Hotel at Gulmarg ,Khyber Himalayan Resort and spa. We would definitely recommend this house boat and his travel agency to book tour packages for complete north india. If we come to Srinagar next we certainly book Montana House Boat.

We Gokul Group 32 people from Tamil Nadu. It was very difficult to decide whether we travel to kashmir or not & took us to decide three months because of recent situation from July 2017 in kashmir & our traveling date was in the month of ending September 2017, finally Mohammad javeed gave us full assurance & that it’s safe to travel to kashmir. Finally we landed at srinagar airport & we met Mohammad javeed & before we come to meet him we were coming out of airport & we met some tourism officer at airport he welcomed us & asked how we booked our trip & we told him with Ratta Holiday & by a promotion email was received from his company & because of him we are here & he also assures us safe travel.
