Upon arrival at Jammu Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to Katra. Proceed to Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan, one of the most popular pilgrimages in India, situated in the lap of the Trikuta Mountains, across Katra town, at an altitude of around 5,200 feet. The yatra involves a trek of nearly 12 km from the base camp at Katra, known as Ban Ganga. Alternatively, you can opt for Ponies, Palkis, or a Helicopter to perform the darshans. If time permits, visit Bhairo Temple before returning to Katra in the evening. Overnight stay at a hotel in Katra.
After breakfast, drive to Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic beauty during your journey from Katra to Srinagar. Overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, proceed on a city tour of Srinagar. Visit the Shankracharya Temple, situated on the highest hill in Srinagar, and explore the famous Mughal Gardens—Chashmashahi, Nishat, Shalimar, Tulip Garden, and Pari Mahal. These gardens were the Mughal Emperors' concept of paradise and are popular picnic spots today. Later, visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local hand-crafted items such as shawls, jackets, bed covers, paper mache, carpets, and much more. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll alongside the Dal Lake, exploring the local markets. Overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
Today, embark on a full-day excursion to the picturesque Meadow of Gold—Sonamarg. Sonamarg is the last stop in the Kashmir district, and from here, the territory of Ladakh begins. Situated at an altitude of 2,743 meters above sea level, the fast-flowing Sindh River makes it a popular spot for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow and ice (at your own cost). Return to the hotel in Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
In the morning, drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is breathtaking, and you’ll be mesmerized by its beauty. Gulmarg is renowned worldwide for skiing and snowboarding. During the British Raj, it was a European hill resort, and today, you’ll find European-style surroundings, including an 18-hole golf course. Enjoy a Gondola Cable Car Ride, the world’s highest and Asia’s longest cable car (at your own cost, book your tickets online). Take part in photography, horse riding, and shopping at this beautiful snow point, and enjoy the gondola ride to Kongdoori and Apharwat. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at a houseboat in Srinagar.
Early in the morning, leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds, situated at the confluence of the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake. En route, visit the Awantipura Ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, built by King Awantivarman. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the surrounding beauty or take a walk to Baisaran, about 2 km from Pahalgam. Also, visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley, and Chandanwari by car (at your own cost). Aru is a small village, 11 km upstream of the Lidder River, known for its picturesque scenery and ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi Glacier. The most beautiful part is the huge, undulating meadow of Baisaran, surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine. On the way to Chandanwari, visit Hajan and Betab Valley. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pahalgam.
After breakfast, transfer from Pahalgam to Jammu Railway Station/Airport for your onward journey with everlasting memories.
